Le premier mois de loyer me sera transféré uniquement 48h après votre emménagement, donc vous avez le temps de vérifier que tout corresponde à l’annonce.
Dépôt de garantie: vous devez me le verser avant de récupérer les clefs, en espèces ou par virement bancaire. Il vous sera restitué dans sa totalité si vous n'endommagez pas les lieux.
Contrat de location : nous signerons un contrat de 12 mois avec 3 mois de préavis de départ si vous souhaitez partir avant la fin du contrat.

Security deposit: you must transfer it to me before receiving the keys, in cash or by bank transfer. It will be completely returned to you after you move out if you don’t damage the place.
Rental Agreement: we will sign a 12-month contract with 3 months notice of departure if you wish to leave before the end of the contract.
