During the stay, a cleaning lady will clean and disinfect the kitchen, bathroom, windows and floors every 2 weeks for 2 hours. The cleaning is included and free of charge and compulsory. The cleaning is done according to the latest COVID-19 hygiene guidelines. The final cleaning is a one-time charge of 70,-€ when you move out. The use of the garden is not included. The use of the pool is not part of the rental contract. The use of the pool is only allowed after consultation with the landlord. Separate access is available.
The rental price already includes the use of the furniture, interior, crockery, bed linen and towels. Also included are the costs of electricity, water, waste disposal and internet. The internet has a speed of 25 MBit. The internet is connected via a WLAN amplifier. The use assumes an average use according to European consumer guidelines for a 2-person household.
