This is a 4 rooms apartment located in the city center of Barcelona, in the famous Passeig de Sant Joan street in Eixample neighborhood, just 5 minutes walking to the famous Arc de Triomf and its metro station Arc de Triomf (L1), 13 minutes walking to Plaça Catalunya and its station and 9 minutes walking to Girona metro station (L4).
It is a bright apartment with comfortable and spacious common areas. The building is so nice and the common stairs and elevator are modern. It is on the 7 floor so it has a lot of calm and natural light. When you come into the apartment, you will find an spacious hall that connects to the living room, the kitchen and the corridor where Rooms 1 and 2 are.
The living room is really spacious and it has a huge and comfortable sofa to relax and watch TV (there is a big screen). All lights are led to be more efficient. There is also a huge table to enjoy meals with your flatmates facing to an incredible big windows with views to a typical Barcelona \;manzana\; patio. It has its own air conditiong and central heating.
The apartment has a big kitchen completely equipped with dishwasher, owen, toaster, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all utensils for cooking and eating. The kitchen connects to the laundry area where you will find the washing machine and iron and a common space to dry your clothes.
Room 4 (not the one on this ad) has its own bathroom so there are one toilette and other big bathroom with bathtub to share with the other 3 rooms.
Room:
Room 3, the one of this ad, is a big, spacious and bright room for single use or for 2 people (couples allowed). It has a big double bed with a comfortable matresss and an incredible balcony with views to a typical Barcelona \;manzana\; patio. It also has a TV to relax and enjoy films in your room. It has a huge closet to keep all stuff of 2 people and 2 working areas with big desks and chairs. You will also find a clothes horse on your balcony in case you want to dry your clothes there and not in the common space. This room has its own air conditiong and central heating.
YOUR MONTHLY RENT INCLUDES:
- Up to €60\month of supplies per room and month (water, electricity, gas). Up to €90\month for 2 people

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY
? If you arrive:
- Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month.
- Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month.
- The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€\single room and 50€\2people occupancy.
? If you leave:
- Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€\single room and 50€\2people occupancy.
- Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month.
- The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month.
CHECK-IN POLICY:
Here you have all the available check-in options:
- Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 – Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge.
- Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 € extra fee.
- Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
