One monthly cleaning service is included in the monthly rate. Additional weekly cleaning can be added for EUR 50 \ cleaning.
Parking:
We can offer long-term car parking in the close-by (150m) parking garage in Odeongasse 2-4 for a monthly parking fee of EUR 180.

Please note that the stated monthly rent applies to one person only. For any additional person there is an additional charge of EUR 90 \ month.
