Our remodeled and furnished modern flat offers a fully equipped kitchen with a laundry machine and all other necessary appliances. Also, you find a beautiful bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed, and from the living area, you have windows facing the interior of the building. The flat has WiFi and a TV. This apartment is ideal for a single person, a couple, or a small family. The flat is on the first floor in a building with no elevator.
The apartment is located in a very convenient area where you comfortably reach different supermarkets, fruit & vegetable stores, bars, shops, entertainment, and a variety of public transportation well connected to the rest of the center, the nearby mountain “Montjuic” and the beaches.
The nearest metro stop is Paral-lel offering two lines: -L2 Purple line -L3 Green line. Additionally, you have plenty of bus lines, Bicing (city bikes), and also a funicular taking you up to Montjuic mountain – a near escape from the city noise to a lot of beautiful green parks, an amphitheater, medieval castle, museums, and plenty of recreation areas. Basically, you have proximity and easy access to all the best parts of Barcelona!
RENTAL CONDITION:
1 - We use the bi-weekly\ fortnightly contract: What does this mean?
If you want to move-in the first part of the month (1 to 14), you will pay the entire monthly rent;
If you want to move-in the second part of the month (15 to 31), you will pay only half month rent;
If you want to check-out in the first part of the month (1 -14) you will only pay half of the month;
If you want to check-out in the second part of the month (15 -31) you will only pay the entire monthly rent;
2 - Check-in service is for free during working hours: from 9 to 18 from Monday to Friday. Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 85 euro + IVA for the service. Please inform us in advance in case of check-in outside working-hours requests.
3 - Agency fee to be paid only once: one monthly rent + IVA
4 - Deposit: 2 monthly rent
5 -Utilities: Non-refundable: 160€ each month
6 - Fees: Cleaning fee ( IVA included): 121€
7 - Administrative Management, Contract preparation: 145.20€
After your reservation is confirmed, you will get the official confirmation from us along with the contract and 2 quotes to be paid at least 45 days before your check-in. If the arrival date is sooner, then the quotes must be paid immediately.
