Availability of the room as single room at 900€ (included all, water, electricity, gas, taxes, a week cleaning are included. Washing machine, fans, TV, oven, microwave, periodic cleanings of the common areas) + admin fee 400€ once for the lenght of the contract (for our services: availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance...)

Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this is respected; a cleaning lady will come once a week to clean all the common areas (kitchen, living room, bathrooms, stairs, garden). The cost is €15\hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment if she takes more than one hour because of damages or because the apartment is really dirty.
Detailed description of the payments:
Upon booking: one month that is the deposit (900€). This will be given back at the departure (calculated possible damages to be detracted)
Upon arrival: one month rent 900€\month that includes high speed fiber optic internet connection (Wi-Fi), utilities (water, electricity, gas, taxes, a periodic cleaning. heating, condo expenses...) + admin fee 400€ once for the lenght of the contract (for our services: availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance...)
Then, every month, (within the first 5 days of each month), the rent is due. (900€)
Extras: Registration of the rental contract: there is a fee due for registration of the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is divided between us and the tenants. For stays up to six months, it is approximatively €50 each.
