We offer Free high-speed WIFI connection, monthly cleaning service, private chill-out zone on the rooftop terrace and all water, electricity and WIFI bills included (up to 150€ per month).
Admin fees:
One month deposit required for stays shorter than six months
Two months deposit for any stay longer than 6 months.
The agency fee is a one-off payment of 30% of the first month.
