There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, hob, kettle and a coffee maker. In the living room there is a dining table and a large sofa where you can relax. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are provided. There is also an elevator in the building.
A TV and free WiFi are also available.
On request a weekly cleaning, towel and bed linen service is available for € 66,00 per week.
The apartment is located in Cologne's most popular and beloved (hidden), the Severinsviertel in the \;Südstadt\;. The neighbourhood offers everything you can expect from Cologne: from traditional breweries and exquisite restaurants to trendy bars and nightclubs. The trendy Severin street with many nice boutiques, cafés and bars is also just around the corner. Shopping facilities for daily needs are in the immediate vicinity.

From the stop Chlodwigplatz (300 m from the apartment) go underground lines to all destinations. The main train station (Köln Hauptbahnhof) is a 25-minute walk away.

Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Kochfeld, Wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich einen Esstisch und ein großes Sofa, wo man schön entspannen kann. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Einen Aufzug befindet sich auch im Haus.
Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan sind auch zur Verfügung.
Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 66,00 pro Woche möglich.
