The hip Zülpicherstraße with many nice boutiques and studios is also in within walking distance. Supermarkets and drugstores are just around the corner. The central location of the apartment is ideal for students, new residents and professionals. Although the apartment is right in the middle of the action, the building is located in a side street in a quiet corner.
