Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein bequemes Kingsize Boxspringbett (1,80 x 2m). Es gibt eine separate Küche mit Kühlschrank, Kochfeld, Backofen Wasserkocher und Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Dusche und Badewanne ausgestattet. Fön, Handtücher und Bettzeug sind vorhanden. Zwei schöne Terrassen gehören auch zur Wohnung.
Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan stehen auch zur Verfügung.
Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 78,00 pro Woche möglich.
Das Haus liegt im Pantaleonsviertel, ruhig aber sehr zentral. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um die Stadt zu entdecken. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es alles, was man erwarten kann: Supermärkte aller Art, von standard bis exotisch, traditionelle Brauhäuser, Restaurants, Bars und sogar den ältesten Jazzclub von Köln. Die zentrale Lage des Apartments ist ideal für Studenten, Neu-Kölner und Berufstätige.
City-Tax: die Stadt Köln erhebt seit eine Kulturförderabgabe (Bettensteuer) in Höhe von 5% der Miete. Wir sind von der Stadt Köln somit verpflichtet worden diese von unseren Gästen mit privatem Aufenthalt einzufordern.

The bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed (1.80 x 2m). There is a dining table and a separate kitchen with refrigerator, hob, oven, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a nice couch where you can relax.The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. Hair dryer, towels and linings for the bed are available. Two nice terraces are also for you to enjoy!
A TV and free WiFi are also available.
A weekly cleaning, towel and bed linen service is available on request for € 78,00 per week.
City-Tax: since the city of Cologne charges a culture promotion tax (bed tax) of 5% of the rent. We have been obliged by the city of Cologne to collect this tax from our guests with a private stay.
