The house is equipped with a set of refrigerators, an induction cooking plate, an extractor hood, and a combi microwave. Furthermore, there is fast and steady WiFi and a 55\; flat screen with satellite reception and IPTV available. The living room has a HEOS-7 network speaker. All tenant's bedrooms are also supplied with an adjustable (sitting-to-standing) desk, a 24\; monitor to connect to their laptop, a 32\; Android TV and a HEOS-3 network speaker, so watching your own series and listening to your own music is possible too. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, and a dryer.

The area is lively by day. But at night it's quiet and safe.
