Es una casa muy luminosa con una gran terraza en el centro de la ciudad. Tenemos especial cuidado con la limpieza y covi-19. El barrio es muy seguro, tenemos todos los servicios, supermercados, farmacias, hospital, centro de salud, centro deportivos del ayuntamiento y privados, zonas ajardinadas con aparatos para hacer deporte al aire libre, etc. Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas de comidas para llevar. Estamos a menos de 20 minutos del centro y a 1 minuto del tranvía. En la casa se vive en un ambiente de estudio y respeto, donde buscamos un clima hogareño y tranquilo.
