DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PAYMENTS:
- Booking on Housing Anywhere: You will pay one month that is considered as the deposit. This will be given back to you at the end of your rental period.
- At the arrival: You will have to pay the second month of deposit + the first monthly rent (for the following months the monthly rent shall be transferred every 5th of the month).
- EXTRAS:

- Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is split between the tenant and us. For stays up to six months, it is approximately € 60each.
- Cleaning of the apartment: a cleaning lady comes every 2 weeks to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, living room, terraces, corridor, balconies). The cost is €10\hour to split between each tenant of the apartment.
