Individual interior room, very quiet, perfect to study. Completely furnished: single size bed, wardrobe, bedside table, desk, chair, shelf and extra table. It has a space heater and a ceiling-fan. The community and water expenses are included in the price. The electricity, wifi, butane gas and internet registry and installation expenses will be divided between all the tenants.
The flat is placed on a 4th floor and has three individual rooms, one bathroom, one living-room and one kitchen. The living room has a TV and a ceiling-fan. The apartment is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood among the students, both international and Spanish. It has an international atmosphere. The location of the neighbourhood is perfect for students because is very near of the train and bus stations and is very comfortable for those students which have to take a daily train to go to Rabanales Campus or for those who travel regularly. The neighbourhood also stands out because you can find many shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces there and is near of the city center (only 5 minutes away by foot). The Faculty of Filosofía is within easy walking distance. The centre point of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol. From there you can get a bus that will take you straight to the Faculty of Law.
