Spacious, bright and comfortable bedroom, composed of two beds, two wardrobes, a sofa, a desk and chair. The room is situated in an apartment at the second floor with 4 single bedrooms, two bathrooms from which one with a shower, a totally equipped kitchen, with a balcony.
The bills for water, gas, electricity, heating are included. Washing machine, air conditioning, TV, oven.
Extras: Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is divided between us and the tenants. For stays up to six months, it is approximatively €50 each.
Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition, the staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come periodically to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, corridor, balcony). In case that the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15\hour to divide between each tenant of the apartment.
At the booking: one month rent
At the arrival: the deposit . This will be given back at the departure (calculated possible damages to detract) + admin fee 300€ once for the lenght of the contract (for our services: a periodic cleaning, availability in case of emergencies, help for your first steps in Florence, consultancies in case of need, ordinary maintenance...)
Then, every month, you will have the rent pay. that include utilities, Fibra Wi-Fi (Fast), condo fees ect
