Il parcheggio è disponibile in strada.
Nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento, è possibile visitare il Mercato Centrale, Santa Maria Novella e la Chiesa di San Marco a Firenze. Nelle vicinanze, a meno di 100 metri, si possono trovare tutti i servizi necessari: fermata dell'autobus, supermercato, ufficio postale, banca, palestra, ristoranti, bar...
