La cuisine est à partager entre 5 locataires et bien meublée (grille-pain et bouilloire, grand frigo avec chacun sa planche, grand congélateur avec chacun son tiroir, armoires et tiroirs à couvert, four) ?. Les douches et les WC sont à partager entre 3 .
Les kots sont meublés, possibilité d'internet, tv, draps de lit, couette, oreiller et nécessaire de cuisine. Mise à disposition d'un fer à repasser, table à repasser, aspirateur et nécessaire de nettoyage + machine à laver (payante) + fil à linge.
L'ambiance avec les autres locataires est conviviale, studieuse et agréable.
Une femme de ménage vient 2 fois par semaine pour nettoyer les communs. Ainsi, cela reste toujours impeccable!

The landlords do not live in the building but you can contact them 24\7 in case of emergency and during working hours for anything.
Common areas are cleaned twice a week, the building is well maintained, casual atmosphere, ideal place to study and make new friends!
