L'appartamento è all'interno di una piccola palazzina di due piani completamente ristrutturata e abitata da ragazzi e ragazze studenti abbastanza tranquilli di scuole e accademie nelle vicinanze !!! è termo autonomo , climatizzato . AFFITTO MINIMO fino al 30 AGOSTO contratto : regolarmente registrato con CEDOLARE SECCA ,
Le utenze sono da volturare ali conduttori , l'appartamento ha bassi consumi poichè si tratta di casa calda , il tetto è stato completamente rifatto ed isolato qualche anno fa e la casa è isolata , le finestre sono nuove .
