L'Eixample: The district of L’Eixample is comprised of 3 neighborhoods: Ruzafa, El Pla del Remei, and Gran Vía. The most famous and popular is Ruzafa (also spelled Russafa), characterized by its ethnically diverse and cultured atmosphere; it is a place to go for authentic international cuisine (including a location of the Taste of America chain of American food stores). Russafa is a great neighborhood for students as well and due to its vibrant flavor and proximity to the center of the city, it is becoming a target area for cool local small businesses.
