The flat has 5 bedrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen with high quality appliances (Gaggenau, Bosch etc.), washing machine and dryer, 2 big balconies with sea view, sauna, bathroom\WC, and a separate WC.
There is a utility charge of 45€\month which includes electricity, water and WiFi. All other utilities (heating, garbage etc.) are included in rent.
