All kind of markets is just around the corner. If you want to take a look into the deep Neukölln, here you are in the right place!
The Jansastrasse is located in a very special place and somehow represents the soul of neukölln: on one side the Arabic Sonnenalle, which is mostly lived by day and on the other side the Weserstrasse, which is the best nightlife way of berlin right now.
The apartment is a typical „Berliner Altbau“, 36 square meters, living room area with double bed and sofa that turn into beds and open kitchen. All the utilities, including the kitchen and bathroom, are brand new. In the kitchen, there is a new fridge and a stove.
