This apartment is very comfortable for 3 students, suitable for 5 students, possible for 6 or even more but we do not want that... so 3 people and thats it. - Visiors are welcome when renting long term, 5 months. Contribution is of 15 eur per day.

one person renting this room, the price for rent is 519 EUR, discounted price is sometimes published. So you may\will benefite!
- The second big room;
one person renting this room, the price for rent is 529 EUR per month.
- The small room;
rent is 428 EUR for one person.
In case of rent of less than 1 semester: 5 months price is diferent. So called owner booking fee needs to be added in such cases.
Avans for costs is: 85€\person\month. In case if actual costs \ bills go over this, the difference has to be payed. With economic use it should be just fine...
Deposit is 564 EUR for big room. At the end of stay the room has to be perfectly clean otherwise we will have to charge the cleaning fee. 35 EUR
