Beautiful secession stile building. Apartment is on ground floor, with balcony on south side. 3,20 m high ceilings, bright, positive, sunny. Interphone bell. Installation for alarm is there and it can be activated. Renovated in (hidden phone number) (electricity, walls, alarm sistem, video control in corridor, color on all doors, polish on parquet...bathroom, kitchen and more...)

This apartment is very comfortable for 3 students and I dont want to have more people in because my idea is to offer max comfort...
Prices:

for one person renting this room, rent is 529 EUR per month.

rent is 428 EUR for one person. Sometimes Discounted price is published, so you may\will benefite...
In case of rent of less than 1 semester: 5 months prices are diferent (socalled owner booking fee is to be added)
Avans for costs is: 85€\person\month. In case if actual costs \ bills go over this, the difference has to be payed. With economic use it should be just fine...
Deposit is 584 EUR per for renting small room. At the end of stay the room has to be perfectly clean otherwise we will have to charge the cleaning fee. 35 EUR.
Please note that price is per month. It can not be devided into days. Exseptions are possible but this has to be agreed from landlord.

Small room has some more functions than what you can see on the photos:
- bed can be open from 80 x 200 to 160 x 200
- working table can be closed or open
- it has two doors: you can enter\exit from corridor or kitchen
- there are two chairs than can be used, open or closed to save space
- one box to store and use like additional chair in case of visitor in the room...

Visitors are welcome when renting for long term (5 months). Contribution is 15 eur per person per night.
