The price is fixed for an min 6 month rental term. For a short rental term applicable price adjustment up (300eur\monthly) ,others you agreed with owner before the booking.
The registration is not applicable for short rental term. The Government City hall registration taxes are not included in rent.
Housing booking included the first month rent. All further payments (rent, deposit) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer \cash, as agreed. The deposit could be paid by bank transfer &should be settled on account by the check in moment already \only by cash at the check in.
Housinganywhere hasn't system for deposit paying back via it's platform.
