For an short rental (less than 6 months) applicable the price adjustment up (300eur p\month) ,others you agreed with owner before the booking.
The registration is not acceptable for a short rental term. The Government city hall registration taxes are not including in the rent.
The Housing booking including the first month rent . All further payments (rent, deposit) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer \ cash, as agreed. The deposit could be paid via bank transfer which should be settled in line with check in moment already\only by cash by check in moment . The payment deposit method would be the same for paying back to you. Housinganywhere hasn't system option to pay deposit back to you via the platform.
