The museum, Theaters, famous and friendly restaurants, pubs!!!

Flat is very cozy, well furnished, with all comforts and facilities required for a home. Interior design has studied the distribution of every part of the flat! In order to give more privacy, each room is equipped like a small studio with a living room\bedroom and each room with separate entrances. There are an internet connection and a TV in both rooms. Two big private terraces.
The area is full of services: supermarkets, banks, post offices, pharmacies and shops, nice restaurants, pubs. There are trendy and historic pubs and restaurants in Milan.
- Utilities 200 euro per room
- We work with biweekly contracts, this means that the contract needs to start and end either the 1st or the 15th of each month.
- Check-in is possible from Monday to Friday from 9 to 10.
Check-in after 19, during the weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or national bank holidays, are possible only after our confirmation and paying an extra fee.
- In case of early check out without the 2 months notice stated in the contract the deposit won't be refunded.
Request for a contract to be registered must be paid €200 for each contract plus the registration costs to the revenue agency, if instead it is a company they are about another €70
