Eine kürzere Mietdauer ist eventuell nach Absprache möglich.
Bei Bedarf ist - gegen Aufpreis - auch ein Garagenabstellplatz im Nachbarhaus verfügbar.
Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen in der Nähe des Praterstern und des neu errichteten Campus der Wirtschaftsuni sowie der Sigmund Freud Privat Universität. Sie hat sehr gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz (Strassenbahn, U-Bahn und Zug) und alle notwendigen Einrichtungen in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Restaurants, Markt uam).

I can offer a flat for 1 person in the 2nd district (Leopoldstadt) of Vienna;

(For a longer duration contract we could also agree on a separate charge for the running costs based on actual consumption.)
A shorter-term rent might be possible on a separate agreement.
On request, there is also a car parking space available for an additional charge.
The flat is centrally located near ‘Praterstern’ and the newly constructed Campus of the University of Economics as well as the Sigmund Freud Private University (SFU). It has very good connections to public transport (tram, metro, train) and all necessary facilities nearby (supermarket, restaurants, market and more).
