We are renting a 9 m2 room in a three-room apartment with a shared living room (19.4 m2), balcony, and parking space. The apartment is very centrally located right next to the Berliner Straße subway station and has a total of 65 m2. All rooms have been recently renovated. Additional furniture can be provided if needed.
Both rooms are currently available. The rooms are rented for a limited period until the end of November. The rent of €750 includes all utilities and internet. The apartment is on the 4th floor with an elevator. Registration is possible.
Wir vermieten ein Zimmer 9 m2 in einer drei Zimmer Wohnung mit gemeinsamen Wohnzimmer (19.4m2), Balkon und Parkplatz. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr zentraler Lage direkt am U-Bahnhof Berliner Straße und hat insgesamt 65m2, die Zimmer wurden alle frisch renoviert. Bei Bedarf können noch weitere Möbel zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Es stehen aktuell beide Zimmer zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer werden befristet bis maximal Ende November vermietet. Der Mietpreis von 750€ ist eine Warmmiete inklusive aller Nebenkosten und Internet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4 Stock mit Aufzug.
