A pochi passi si arriva anche al Castello Sforzesco , Cenacolo Vinciano, Teatro alla scala, Pinacoteca di Brera, Basilica di Sant’Ambrogio, Museo Leonardo da Vinci, Arco della Pace, Basilica San Lorenzo Maggiore.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- L’inquilino ha facoltà di recedere anticipatamente dal contratto con preavviso di 3 mesi da comunicarsi in forma scritta.

- La locazione ha natura transitoria e l’immobile viene concesso per un periodo da 1 mese ad un massimo di 18 mesi per esigenze temporanee. La documentazione necessaria alla stesura e firma del contratto è la seguente:

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Milan a few steps from the Duomo, the place where today some of the most important monuments of Milan stand, as well as the Duomo, Palazzo Reale, the Galleria di Vittorio Emanuele II and the Archbishop's Palace. A few steps away you can also reach the Sforzesco Castle, the Last Supper, the Scala Theater, the Brera Art Gallery, the Basilica of Sant’Ambrogio, the Leonardo da Vinci Museum, the Arch of Peace, the Basilica of San Lorenzo Maggiore.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract early with 3 months' notice to be communicated in writing.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION
- The lease is temporary and the property is granted for a period of 1 month to a maximum of 18 months for temporary needs. The documentation required for drafting and signing the contract is the following:
o Temporary reason: Employment contract, University acceptance letter or similar
o Tax code
o Identity card\passport
DEPOSIT
The security deposit must be paid within 48 hours of arrival to the current account indicated in the confirmation email.
