The apartment has 3 rooms more, bathroom and kitchen and dining room with balcony overlooking the street.
It has a lift, fiber Internet, furnished and equipped.
It is in the center, next to Monumental, Auditori and TNC. Only 5 minutes walk from Sagrada Familia and 12 minutes walk from the beach. monumental metro line 2, marina or glories line 1 and commuter train Arc de triomf to the UAB.

-Condiciones de la reserva:
Un mes de depósito (deberá ser pagado a través de transferencia bancaria cuando se confirme la reserva), que se devolvera cuando se haya dejado la habitacion y devuelto las llaves.
Se pagan aparte 20e mensuales de limpieza (viene una señora una vez a la semana a limpiar zonas comunes) y 20euros al mes de fijo de suministros.
Es posible empadronarse, nos ocupamos de los trámites, tarifa única de 50e
Las entradas en domingo o festivos, y\o que no sean el día 1 ( a no ser que la reserva empiece en otro día que no sea el 1y se entre en la fecha exacta) tendrán un coste de 50e.
La hora máxima de entrada en el apartamento son las 21h, por respeto a los compañeros
