? Deposit: To make moving in hassle-free, we require a 200 euros deposit for the room, as well as a 100 euros deposit for bed linen and duvet. Both deposits will be returned at the end of your stay if everything is as it was on the date of check-in.
? Weekly Cleaning: Say goodbye to the hassle of cleaning common areas. We include weekly cleaning of common spaces in the rent, ensuring a tidy and pleasant living environment.
