Important to Note:
According to Spanish rental laws (LAU):
? A rental contract must be signed before check-in.
? A security deposit and ID copies are required.
? Purpose of stay documentation will be requested.
? Check-in: From 3 PM. Late check-in after 8 PM, on weekends, or public holidays incurs a €45 fee.
? Check-out: By 11 AM.
Utilities: Included up to €150\month. Any excess will be deducted from the deposit.
For stays longer than 6 months, the deposit is equivalent to 2 months' rent.
