There are a lot of small shops, cafés, a laundromat, supermarkets and very nice restaurants (make sure you ask me for tips if you decide to stay at this apartment) all within walking distance.
There is a brand new funicular, so you can effortlessly go up to Miradouro da Graça and enjoy one of the best views of Lisbon. Or you can take the stairs and enjoy it anyway ;-)
