A large window allows the entry of natural light and is also the access to the balcony overlooking Carrer de Mare de Deu del Remei.
The modern kitchen has been equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances needed to cook from day one, such as ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. A wooden bar, accompanied by 2 high benches, is the perfect space to enjoy meals, and also has an extendable table in case you need more space. On this level there is also a toilet, used as a guest bathroom.
