The room has a desk, a folding bed and a wardrobe with a day safe.
The sofa shown in the photos is not part of the furniture.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a separate WC with washbasin and a shower with washbasin.
A weekly cleaning of the common areas is included.
The minimum rental period is 6 months.
The monthly rent is all-inclusive (rent + heating + water + internet + GEZ fee).
The deposit is three months' rent.
Check-in is Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00.
Registration at the address is possible.
Liability insurance is required for your stay and must be presented to us within 15 days of moving in. If you do not yet have liability insurance, we recommend WELST Assekuranz Consulting.
Please upload your proof of income and ID document with your booking request.
As soon as the booking is confirmed and all documents have been received, we will send you a rental agreement by e-mail, which you must sign digitally and return within 48 hours.
IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit must be paid immediately after signing the contract. Please ensure that you transfer the money in good time. To ensure that you can move into your new home on time, the money must be in our account BEFORE the move-in date. You will NOT be able to move in without this payment. A bank transfer confirmation is not sufficient.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG und hat ein separates WC mit Waschbecken sowie eine Dusche mit Waschbecken.
Eine wöchentliche Reinigung der Allgemeinbereiche ist inklusive.
Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 6 Monate.
Der monatliche Mietpreis ist all-inclusive (Miete + Heizung + Wasser + Internet + GEZ-Gebühr).
Die Kaution beträgt drei Monatsmieten.
Der Check-in erfolgt montags bis freitags in der Zeit von 07:00 bis 15:00 Uhr.
Eine Anmeldung unter der Adresse ist möglich.
Für Ihren Aufenthalt ist eine Haftpflichtversicherung erforderlich, die uns innerhalb von 15 Tagen ab Einzugsdatum vorgelegt werden muss. Sollten Sie noch keine Haftpflichtversicherung haben, empfehlen wir die WELST Assekuranz Consulting.
Bitte laden Sie bei Ihrer Buchungsanfrage Ihre Einkommensnachweise und Ihr Ausweisdokument mit hoch.
Sobald die Buchung bestätigt ist und alle Dokumente eingegangen sind, senden wir Ihnen einen Mietvertrag per E-Mail, den Sie digital unterschreiben und innerhalb von 48 Stunden zurücksenden müssen.
