Zur Ausstattung gehört eine moderne Küche mit allen erforderlichen Mitteln wie Kochgeschirr, Teller, Besteck etc. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Regendusche, Spiegelschrank sowie Waschbeckenunterschrank ausgestattet. Lage

Dennoch ist die Lage sehr ruhig. Für eine schnelle Abwechslung bieten sich diverse Cafés in Eppendorf sehr gut an. Diese sind auch mit dem Fahrrad in 10 Min erreicht. Zur Innenstadt (Jungfernstieg) kommt man am besten mit der U-Bahn in 15-20 Min. In den umliegenden Straßen befinden sich für Autofahrer öffentliche kostenfreie Parkplätze.
