The area is very well known and has a good reputation :) There are numerous cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, cinema and many more
There is a separate bathroom with a shower and a window (+ waschingmachine), kitchen with a dishwasher, all the utensils and enough place for a table and a big living room\bedroom. It has a double bed and an even bigger closet to store everything you need.
