The apartment features a room with two single beds, a desk, and a TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchenette, dining table with two chairs. Additionally, there is a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and a shared washing machine available. The terrace includes a garden table and two chairs where smoking is permitted, and you are also welcome to use the large terrace above the apartment, where smoking is also allowed.
The apartment is located in the \;Alte Donau\; recreational area on a quiet residential street. The garden invites you to relax, and the river Alte Donau, just 300 meters away, is perfect for walks or a refreshing swim. The \;Kagran\; and \;Alte Donau\; subway stations (both U1 line) are a short 8-10 minute walk away, and the city center can be reached in just 20 minutes.
The Donau Zentrum - Westfield, Vienna's largest shopping center with 220 shops, including 50 restaurants and bars, is just a 10-minute walk away. For daily groceries, the Billa supermarket on Wagramer Straße 54 is an 8-minute walk or a 1-2 minute drive.
