Perfect for sharing with a friend, as each person gets a generously sized bedroom and a private bathroom. The apartments also include a large shared living area with a kitchen. Often host guests and think an extra bathroom would be ideal? Then this apartment might be the perfect choice for you.
***IMPORTANT***
- The apartment building is brand new and still under construction, so the photos are impressions and the estimated delivery date is 1st February 2025.
- The apartment is available for sharers and couples.
- The apartments are unfurnished but have flooring and come with equipped kitchens and bathrooms, the rest of the upholstery has to be done by the tenant.
- Viewings are not possible: you rent from the floor plans and the impressions.
- There is an income requirement; you need a gross monthly salary of 3,5 times the monthly rent. Please note, your employer must be based in Europe and self-employed tenants are only accepted if registered in the Netherlands (KVK).
- The monthly service costs are €150 euros a month and this includes your internet, a Community Manager, and House Manager costs.
- There is no parking available; there is however shared mobility available for tenants (cars, scooters, etc.)

Situated on the banks of the Maas, in the beating heart of the Maasstad in Rotterdam. An iconic place to live and stay in the Maritime District. Here water, history and the modern city come together. Between the Erasmus Bridge and the Willems Bridge - when you step outside, you are immediately in the coziness of the city. From your apartment you can run the famous bridge circuit over the two bridges. But you can also walk to the Markthal in a few minutes for a piece of fresh cheese. Blaak metro and train station are around the corner, as is the weekly Blaak market. The historic Oude Haven is around the corner, as is the famous Leuvehaven with the oldest maritime museum in the Netherlands. The entrance to Clubhouse Boompjes is located on the Hertekade, but there is also an entrance on the Boompjes. The area on the Hertekade is being completely redesigned as a lovely sheltered inner area with terraces on the water. Here you can relax with your friends in the evening sun. In the dark, you can enjoy the lights of the city below you.
