Beautiful old building apartment with kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, another smaller bedroom with a view of the quiet courtyard and a living\bedroom. Of course there is also a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a separate toilet for private and sole use.
The apartment is located in the 9th Vienna district named Alsergrund, well known for its very lucky combination of historical architecture as well as cultural and vibrant atmosphere.

Since the Währinger Gürtel is one of Vienna's main traffic arteries, there is some noise from passing traffic, but you benefit from great transport connections. Situated across the street is the underground (line U6) and tram station (line 40, 41 and 42), a city-bike station is found around the corner. The city centre can be reached within 10 minutes.

•\tIn summer season: to escape the heat in town we recommend Strombad Kritzendorf (about 20min by train) – always good for a refreshing kick in river Danube
•\tIn winter season: ice skating on top of a building with panorama view at Kunsteisbahn Engelmann
