Sie verfügt über einen Wohn-\Essbereich, separater Küche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (kann als Twin-Betten umgestellt werden), sowie ein Balkon, der mit Glasfenster umrandet ist.
Waschraum inkl. Waschmaschine, sowie einen Fahrradraum, stehen im Gebäude zur Verfügung.
Auf Wunsch kann auch ein Autostellplatz gemietet werden (EUR 60\Monat).
Ausstattung:
Die Wohnung ist mit TV, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Kapseln-Kaffee-Maschine, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und vieles mehr ausgestattet.

The furnished and fully equipped apartment (approx. 44 m2) in Ludwigshafen Mitte, was extensively renovated in 2024. It has a living\dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with a double bed (can be converted into twin beds), and a balcony surrounded by glass windows.
Laundry room including washing machine, as well as a bicycle room, are available in the building.
If desired, a parking space can also be rented (EUR 60\month).

The apartment is equipped with a big TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine, bed linen, towels and much more.

• Located in the city center of Ludwigshafen: a wide range of shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity

Miscellaneous:
The monthly rent based on 1-2 people includes all additional costs (flat rate rent), such as costs for electricity, water, heating and WiFi internet connection. There is no annual billing of additional costs. There is a final cleaning fee of EUR 200. Nighttime and midday rest must be observed between 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.. Grilling on the balcony is not allowed.
