The living area includes a comfortable double sofa bed and opens onto a balcony overlooking an unused property-owned courtyard. Here, the only activity is the parking of two cars belonging to the property owner, who lives in the same building with her family.
The bedroom is spacious and furnished with two single beds that can be combined to form a double bed, a large wardrobe, a desk and a window facing the street. Thanks to quality windows, the room is well soundproofed.
To the right from the entryway is the bathroom, equipped with a shower, a window, and a washing machine.
The apartment is located in a well-connected area, just a 10-minute walk from the new Tolstoj metro station (Line 7, Orange Line), providing easy access to the rest of the city.
The area is well-served by various means of transportation, including buses and trams. It’s also just a short distance from the Porta Genova district.
This location is perfect for students from IULM, NABA, Bocconi, and Cattolica universities, thanks to its great transport links, but it’s also well-connected for anyone who wants to explore Milan.
