You will receive a welcome kit with shampoo and shower gel for the first 2 nights. For longer stays, guests are responsible for providing these products.
Advanced Management Fee:
To ensure a seamless experience, we kindly ask for a one-time advanced management fee , payable via bank transfer before check-in. This fee covers the registration of the contract, final cleaning, and contract closure.
Once the booking is completed, you will have to sign the contract with the property management company, and pay the deposit no later than 24 hours before check-in, otherwise the booking will be no considered completed and you can’t do the check in
