Sie befindet sich relativ weit oben, so dass man aus den Fenstern und vom Balkon einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Park hat und einem niemand rein schauen kann. Für die Arbeit ist ein großer Flachbildfernseher an der Wand über dem Schreibtisch montiert, der sowohl als Arbeitsbildschirm (mit dem Laptop verbunden) als auch als normaler Smart-TV genutzt werden kann (du kannst dich mit deinem eigenen Netflix- oder Prime-Konto einloggen). Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön und verfügt über eine Miele-Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist ebenfalls hochwertig ausgestattet. Ein großer Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Geeignet für Projektarbeiter oder Paare mit einer Projektlaufzeit von 6-12 Monaten in Berlin. Der Park lädt zum Joggen ein oder für Picknick im Sommer.
