Viale Certosa, near Piazza Firenze, we offer for rent furnished private room in a newly renovated flat.
The flat is located on a ground floor in a elegant ancient building with concierge and it is composed of a kitchen fully equipped and a bathroom with washing machine and shower.
Indipendent heating and air conditioning system.
The area is very green and safe and offers plenty of cafes, restaurants, banks, pharmacies and all shops you need.
Close to the flat there are a lot of Tram and Bus stops that connect the area with Brera, Duomo e Navigli.

- POLITECNICO (BOVISA): 26 minutes (Tram or Suburban Trains)
- CITYLIFE: 16 minutes (Tram n.18+Walk)

Before the check-in you have to pay:
- 1 month in advance
- Security deposit: 3 months
The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is refundable upon release of the rented accommodation without damage.
- Administration fee 500,00 euro VAT 22% inlcuded
The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the real estate agency that manages the flat. If the real estate agency doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the Lanldord is free to cancel it.
FYI: Check-In and Check-out Policy
- Monday to Friday, from 11 AM to 5PM: No extra fee needed
- Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM: 79,00 euro + VAT 22%
During the rental period you have to pay:
- Rent per month 700,00 including condo fees and heating amount
- Utilities on consumption (Wi-fi, gas, electricity and TARI, tax garbage)
Please bear in mind that the fee for the registration of the rental contract at Agenzia delle Entrate and the annual ordinary maintance of the heater (caldaia) fee is mandatory for every occupant in Italy.
