Moving a bit further, you will reach a relaxing area that houses a magnificent jacuzzi, perfect for a moment of rest. To the right of the jacuzzi, there is a full bathroom with a shower. To the left, a staircase leads to the main bedroom, which features a double bed and a convenient clothes rack.
The location of the apartment is unbeatable. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can visit Seville’s main monuments. Additionally, in the surrounding area, you will find a wide variety of restaurants, typical bars, and shops of all kinds, both small and large, making your stay a complete experience.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
