Elegant and bright two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the city of Seville, specifically in Puerta Jerez, with perfect views of the Torre del Oro and a few minutes from all the main monuments of the city.
Upon entering the apartment we find the double-height living room that has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV with internet access, dining table for four people, balcony with unbeatable views of the Torre del Oro and stairs that lead to a rest area where you can relax during your stay. To the right we find the kitchen, with an open distribution, which has all the necessary utensils to make your stay more pleasant.
To the left of the living room, going down a step, we find in front the main room with a double bed, large and bright windows, a closet and a complete bathroom with an en-suite shower. To the right, there is the second bedroom with two single beds, large and bright windows and a wardrobe. Next to the second room we find a full bathroom with a shower.
Just a few steps from the apartment we find the Avenida de la Constitución that has emblematic monuments of the city such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar or the Archivo de Indias. It is a beautiful area, full of life where you can find: restaurants, small traditional tapas bars and artisan shops, shops, as well as a good connection to public transport.
The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
