It is a beautiful new and modern construction apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Upon entering the apartment we find a hall that leads directly to the kitchen, fully equipped and open to the living room. The living room, modern and decorated with a design, has a double sofa bed, giving the apartment capacity for up to 6 people. In addition, from the living room we access a small private terrace with 2 chairs and a table to enjoy the good weather of Malaga.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a 1.80 x 200 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with two 0.90 x 200 cm single beds. Both bedrooms have television. In addition, the apartment has another complete bathroom with a bathtub.
In addition, the apartment has a private garage and a magnificent solarium on the top floor of the building, with a swimming pool open from may to october, sun loungers, barbecue and table areas. This area is communal.
It is located in a modern and luxurious building on Calle Constancia a few meters from the María Zambrano train station (the main train station in Malaga), Vialia and Larios shopping centers and the Mercado del Carmen. It is also a few meters from the Port of Malaga and the beach.
The historic center of Malaga is just a few minutes’ walk away too, so you won’t need any type of vehicle or transport to get around the city.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
