The living room has a double sofa bed, which gives the apartment a capacity of up to 6 people. In the other part of the room we have the dining room, with a table for 6 people. Continuing through the dining room we reach the kitchen, independent and fully equipped with everything you need.
Across the living room we find the two bedrooms, both exterior, facing Marin Garcia street. One of them has a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 and the other with two beds of 0.90 x 1.90. In front of both bedrooms is the bathroom, complete and with shower.
Marin Garcia street is one of the most valued in Malaga. It is located in the best area of the center, a few meters from the emblematic Larios street, the main artery of the city. In addition, it is within walking distance of all the monuments and emblematic places of the city: the museums, the cathedral, the Alcazaba, the Plaza de la Marina, etc., everything is a few meters from the apartment.
The building dates from the early twentieth century, having been completely renovated nowadays. Despite being located in the center, Marin Garcia Street is a quiet street, although the area is full of restaurants and small tapas bars where you can taste the best Malaga and Andalusian cuisine.
