From the hall we access the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for its use. Next, we have the living room with a dining table for six people, a beautiful sofa, Smart TV and access to the terrace equipped with a table and two chairs where you can enjoy the sea views.
Returning to the interior of the apartment, following the corridor to the right, we find the second room equipped with a 1.50 x 1.90 double bed, a wooden easel for clothes and exterior ventilation. Next we have a second full bathroom with a shower and finally we have the third room equipped with two single beds, a built-in wardrobe and exterior ventilation.
The apartment is located a few minutes walk from one of the best-known beaches in the city of Cádiz, Playa de la Victoria, where you can enjoy, in turn, its promenade that includes a wide variety of bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the best Andalusian gastronomy.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
